IBRO-PERC Support for Soft Skills Training 2021

The aim of this new initiative is to balance, within the portfolio of IBRO Pan-European Regional Committee (PERC) training initiatives, neuroscience training activities, with support for soft/translational skills that will help students to “Survive in Science”.

For this reason, as of 2021, IBRO-PERC will provide financial support for the organization of training activities, as either onsite or virtual events, on soft skills, including – for example – scientific writing, grant writing, poster design and presentation, oral presentation skills, team building, etc.

These activities will have to provide participating students with a wide range of expertise, which when combined with high-quality neuroscience training will increase their chances to succeed in their scientific careers.

The training activities should take place within the Pan-European region.

Grant award amount: Up to 10,000 Euros
